We have worked with many companies to help them determine how much they are spending on telecommunications, and how the expenses are broken down into various categories (local dial tone, long distance, cellular, paging, equipment, adds, moves and changes, maintenance, etc.). We also help companies determine whether their expenses are about where they should be, or if they are high in some areas.  We look at expense trends to determine which areas are increasing, and project annual spending for budgetary purposes.

Based on the information above, we are able to pinpoint areas which can be targeted for expense reduction. Because technology is changing so rapidly in the telecommunications arena, there are many ways to realize savings.

We also do BILL AUDITING.  We examine individual bills and verify the equipment and services that are billed, and analyze them for accuracy and efficiency.
